If it is a flyer (8-1/2" x 11"), it needs to be tri-folded to fit in a #10 size envelope (standard business size envelope of 4-1/8" x 9-1/2"). The paper should be regular paper weight (ie. not cardstock) and we do recommend it be printed on colored paper to stand out, if your mailing is printed in black ink.
If it is postcard size or a 1/3 page flyer (both of which can be either regular paper or cardstock), it needs to be able to fit into the #10 envelope, so be sure to double check before you print!
We love samples and so do the MomsBudget members! If your ad includes a sample, it will get priority mailing in all the mailouts until we run out. If the sample is bulky (such as a tealight or mini lotion bottle), please let us know the size, so we can ensure it can mail easily.
Mini-catalogs are welcome and we think will also do quite well in this mailout... just let us know the size (ie. 3" x 4" @ 16 pages) and the weight if known.
Likewise, since these are coupon mailings, we also encourage you to include a coupon or coupon code if available.
If two women are advertising identical offers (ie. two with the same Avon catalog), we will alternate the mailings so people aren't receiving two of the same thing. Mailings go out to women in both the US and Canada, so be sure to specify "US only", "Canada only" or "both".
PLEASE double check that you have included all your important contact information on your mailings, including email address, URL and/or phone number. In mailings we did a couple years ago, one of the ladies forgot to include her area code and her email address on her beautifully done flyer, so I handwrote them all for her
Cost: $25 for 50 mailings or $50 for 125 mailings. If you want to send more than that, please let us know and we can arrange discount pricing. Each mailing batch must be identical, so if you order the $50 for 125, all 125 must be the same, however, if you are sending samples with it, your samples can vary (ie. a variety of lipstick tester colors, they don't have to be one).
